Shipping/Delivery

GENERAL POLICY

Same day pickup, delivery or shipment may be possible depending on the order size and if the order is received no later than 10AM.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped via FedEx. We are not responsible for shipment delays or damaged packages caused by FedEx. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to the recipient not being home or incorrect contact or address information.

Orders received after 11AM will be shipped the following business day. Orders received after 11AM on Wednesday (Thursday for some home deliveries) will be shipped the following Monday unless express delivery is specified. This insures that the order is only in transit two days and that the product arrives fresh to its destination.

Orders received after 11AM on Friday for express delivery will be shipped on the following Monday. All orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.

DELIVERY POLICY

Deliveries are made between 11AM and 5PM Monday through Friday. Off-hour delivery may be possible by special arrangement. Please call us if you require special scheduling. Orders will only be processed after receipt of payment information. Delivery fees are based on the ZIP code of the delivery location and the time frame within which delivery is desired.

Every effort will be made to deliver your order. However, we are not responsible if the package does not reach the recipient due to incorrect delivery information, unavailability of recipient, or receipt of the delivery by a doorman, concierge or other service personnel. Additional delivery charges will be added for each additional delivery attempt requested.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Availability of all products is not guaranteed. If a product in your order is not available, we will contact you to obtain an alternate selection.
